Hello everyone! I am a native speaker of Mandarin Chinese. I have completed my bachelor`s and master`s degrees in Russia, thus, I am fluent in Russian and know the Russian culture very well. I am also fluent in English, I passed the international English test IELTS with C1 level.

I greatly enjoy my life in New Zealand very much. New Zealand is an incredible country with so many remarkable views. Kiwi people have so many lovely characteristics. In my free time, I am a big fan of travelling, I have travelled across Europe and Australia. I am also glad to share quite a few Chinese cultural videos with my students, who all later have become my friends.

I have started teaching Chinese since 2012, I teach both face to face and on skype. The age of my students ranges from 3 to 70, no matter what intent they had to study Chinese, they all eventually achieved good results. Some of them have passed HSK with high scores and now are studying or working in China.

For each student I will make individual plans to improve his/her Chinese skills. I will be pleased to help students improve listening, speaking, extend their Chinese vocabulary and grammar. In each class I will give different topics and make different discussions, no matter if students learn Chinese from the very beginning or already have some knowledge.

After successfully completing my classes, students will feel a lot more confident with their Chinese skills, and students will not feel shy with native Chinese speakers.

With me, students will not feel that Chinese is difficult. For Chinese characters, I will use vivid and lively references to explain. For Chinese grammar, I will compare it with Russian or English ones, so that students will not feel confused.

For the students who will be taking the HSK exam: I have quite a few HSK exercises and HSK required words for different levels to help them achieve their goals.

Each of my classes is designed individually according to student`s current level of Chinese and needs. Come and study!

Experience: I have been working as a Chinese language tutor since 2012. From 2015 to 2018, I was working as a Chinese language teacher, sent by Chinese Confucius Institute headquarter.
My main activities and responsibilities were Chinese language teaching and I also organized numerous events such as the leader teacher of Chinese Confucius Institute Summer Camp to Beijing, Tianjin (2015). I supervised students` participation in numerous international competitions such as the Chinese Bridge and HSK. I also kept regular liaison with Chinese universities to undertake marketing, promotion, and communications for students to apply for the exchange and degree programs. I know the HSK exam, the Chinese bridge and Chinese teaching well and hold the certificate for HSK administrator.
